Get out your long bows and funny hats – its back to the Middle Ages this Sunday in Alpe d’Huez.
From 10am to 5pm the Eclose will be transformed into a medieval village complete with artisans, musicians, jugglers and, of course, a few fearsome warriors!
There will be demonstrations of crafts such as spinning and weaving, children’s games and historic battle recreations. There will also be archaeological tours of the Brandes settlement and theatrical re-enactments.
Entry is free and open to all ages.
